Thursdays I share thrifted home decor. 

Today I'm sharing some metal file drawers I thrifted earlier this year and spray painted for my sewing studio. 

1. Double drawer. Sprayed with primer, sprayed with teal spray paint then distressed with an electric sander to show all layers.

2. Single drawer. Sprayed with red spray paint!

I love both of these. I'm so glad I tried the distressing on the teal one since it was a little dented and dinged up when I thrifted it.

I thrift quality vintage pieces that have survived the test of time and it's perfect for my maximalist decor style. 

When thrifting ask yourself these questions:

1. Do I love it?
2. Is it we'll made?
3. Can I incorporate it into my space?
4. Is it iconic? (Optional but can help make a decision)
